"This was my first experience at a SportClips. Came here on Wednesday Jul 18, 2018 at around 6 -7 pm. There was only one lady present. I told her about my haircut preferences and where I want lesser hair cut to hide a thinning hair line. She said she understood but then she started cutting so fast that I barely had time to react and tell her where not to cut.I felt as if she was in a hurry to close shop and wanted the job done quick. Well then , maybe you guys could simply close early and give a notice to prospective customers to go look elsewhere. Atleast their expectations of the quality of your services won't be dampened. In the end, I was left with a very dismal haircut with my almost all the hair gone from the place where I wanted it to stay. It left me feeling unsatisfied with the service. It wasn't a horrible haircut, but I have had so much better for less than the $18 here (without tips) While leaving, the lady offered me one of those punchable coupons wherein I get 50% off on the sixth haircut. But believe me, I am definitely never ever coming back to any SportClips, atleast to this one. I threw the coupon into the first dustbin I spotted after exiting the place."

"What a shame... A great concept that should be amazing but massively let down by people who cannot cut hair. I have been four times and each time things just went from bad to worse until finally for sure will never go back. Took my son in for a haircut and their finished result was worse than a hack job, had to take him to another place to fix it, they had to cut an inch higher than normal on the back of his head to fix the issue. The branding shows a great sports orientated hairdressers and I love the idea but not one person in the place is sports oriented. Whilst I was sat there a customer had to ask to put the Mets vs Yankees game on. The response after checking 3 channels was we don’t have that channel??? Finally someone else checked again and they put the game on. So very good looking store and a great concept but your recruitment is far far away from where it should be. I would be shocked if you are doing well financially in this location."

"Basically this place depends on who the barber is that day. I don't think I've ever caught on here over the past five years and got in the same person cutting my hair Summer Good summer not so good so I'm actually look a little hungover. I like it because they're open on Sunday so I don't have to use up a couple hours on Saturday getting a haircut put on the whole you kind of risking it"

"I have taken my son to this place in the past when it was different staff and they did pretty well. I took my son back yesterday since we are visiting the area. The stylist who did my sons hairs name is BO. He took his time and checked with me to make sure it was what I wanted. It wasn’t exactly what I wanted but I thought my son still looked cute. After washing my sons hair and trying to style it myself it didn’t do what it was supposed to and I was really unhappy with the cut. I called asking to havd someone else fix it I was told to bring him in. Shortly after that BO called me sounding upset and offended, exactly what I was trying to avoid. He kept TELLING ME I was happy with it and trying to be cordial I told him I WAS NOT. He kept disputing me and when I asked to speak with the manager he said “yea hold on, yes hello” very sarcastically and with a condescending tone of voice. He kept saying what can I do to help you, when quite frankly I did not want his help any longer. Very poor customer service. It should havd been “I’m so sorry you’re not happy and I’d love to have myself or someone else give you what you came and paid for instead of arguing with me. This IS NOT GOOD MANAGEMENT SKILLS AT ALL. Very unpleasant experience"

"Great haircut and loved the mvp special for first time customers. Shampoo, massage and hot towel after the haircut was great. No wait on Sunday afternoon was also nice. Will never go to a Supercuts again..."
